Sunlight panel greenhouses are mostly Venlo type (also can be arched), mostly with one span and multiple roofs, modern appearance, stable structure, beautiful and elegant form, smooth vision, excellent thermal insulation performance, moderate light transmittance, rainy trough, large span, large drainage, strong wind resistance, suitable for areas with large wind and rainfall. The sunlight board greenhouse has the advantages of good light transmittance, low heat conduction coefficient, light weight of the sunlight board, long service life and high tensile strength, can meet the requirements of wind resistance and snow resistance through a simple steel skeleton structure, has long service life and elegant appearance.
The top is covered with polycarbonate hollow board with anti-ultraviolet outer layer and anti-condensation inner layer.and the surrounding walls are polycarbonate hollow board or glass according to the conventional requirements. According to the differences of regional climate conditions, thermal insulation composite board can be used on the north wall in some cold areas, and sliding windows can also be installed to increase the ventilation area of the greenhouse.
The sunlight panel has the following characteristics: |
(1)Light transmittance: The maximum light transmittance of PC sunlight board can reach 89%, which is comparable to that of glass. The UV coating board will not produce yellowing, poor light transmission when exposed to sunlight.

(2) Impact resistance: the impact strength is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass. |
(3) Anti-ultraviolet: One side of the PC board has an anti-ultraviolet coating, and the other side has an anti-condensation treatment, which integrates the functions of anti-ultraviolet, heat insulation and anti-fog. |
(4) Light weight: the specific gravity is only half of that of glass. |
(5) Energy-saving: Keep cool in summer and keep warm in winter. The thermal conductivity of PC sunshine board is lower than that of ordinary glass and other plastics, so that the heat loss is greatly reduced. It is used in buildings with heating equipment and is an environmentally friendly material. |
(6) Temperature adaptability: PC board does not have cold brittleness at -40 ºC, does not soften at 125 ºC, and has no obvious change in mechanical properties in harsh environment. |
(7) Anti-condensation: When the outdoor temperature is 0 ºC, the indoor temperature is 23 ºC, and the indoor relative humidity is lower than 80%, the inner surface of the material will not condense. The dew will flow along the surface of the board and will not drip. |

The following is the introduction of common greenhouse supporting systems and their functions:
1. External shading system: It is used to reduce the light intensity and temperature in the greenhouse in hot summer, so as to prevent plants from being damaged by strong light and high temperature.
2. Internal Shading System/thermal insulation system: Mainly used in winter or cool weather to help maintain the temperature in the greenhouse. It can also be used for shading purposes in summer to reduce the internal temperature.
3. Natural ventilation system: through the natural opening and closing of side windows or roof windows, the air circulation inside and outside the greenhouse is realized, so as to regulate the temperature and humidity in the greenhouse.
4. Fan wet curtain forced cooling system: It uses the principle of water evaporation and heat absorption to effectively reduce the temperature in the greenhouse through the combination of wet curtain and fan.
5. Micro-mist cooling system: spray fine water mist to increase air humidity, while cooling by evaporation of water, suitable for tropical and subtropical areas.
6. Irrigation system: including drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation and other forms, to provide regular and quantitative water supply for plants to ensure the normal growth of plants.
7. CO2 supplementation system: In a closed or semi-closed greenhouse, the concentration of carbon dioxide is increased to enhance the photosynthetic efficiency of plants.
