Our Sunlight Panel Greenhouses, mainly of the Venlo type (can also be arched), feature a modern appearance with stable structure and beautiful, elegant form. They offer excellent thermal insulation performance, moderate light transmittance, a rainy trough, large span, and strong wind resistance, making them ideal for areas with high wind and rainfall. The sunlight board used in these greenhouses provides good light transmittance, low heat conduction coefficient, light weight, long service life, and high tensile strength. The simple steel skeleton structure ensures wind and snow resistance, while maintaining an elegant appearance.

Covering material

The top is covered with polycarbonate hollow board with anti-ultraviolet outer layer and anti-condensation inner layer.and the surrounding walls are polycarbonate hollow board or glass according to the conventional requirements. According to the differences of regional climate conditions, thermal insulation composite board can be used on the north wall in some cold areas, and sliding windows can also be installed to increase the ventilation area of the greenhouse.

The sunlight panel has the following characteristics:

(1)Light transmittance: The maximum light transmittance of PC sunlight board can reach 89%, which is comparable to that of glass. The UV coating board will not produce yellowing, poor light transmission when exposed to sunlight.

(2) Impact resistance: the impact strength is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass.

(3) Anti-ultraviolet: One side of the PC board has an anti-ultraviolet coating, and the other side has an anti-condensation treatment, which integrates the functions of anti-ultraviolet, heat insulation and anti-fog.

(4) Light weight: the specific gravity is only half of that of glass.

(5) Energy-saving: Keep cool in summer and keep warm in winter. The thermal conductivity of PC sunshine board is lower than that of ordinary glass and other plastics, so that the heat loss is greatly reduced. It is used in buildings with heating equipment and is an environmentally friendly material.

(6) Temperature adaptability: PC board does not have cold brittleness at -40 ºC, does not soften at 125 ºC, and has no obvious change in mechanical properties in harsh environment.

(7) Anti-condensation: When the outdoor temperature is 0 ºC, the indoor temperature is 23 ºC, and the indoor relative humidity is lower than 80%, the inner surface of the material will not condense. The dew will flow along the surface of the board and will not drip.
