The top of this greenhouse is equipped with polycarbonate hollow board featuring an anti-ultraviolet outer layer and anti-condensation inner layer for optimal protection. The surrounding walls are constructed with polycarbonate hollow board or glass, meeting conventional requirements.

 

In regions with varying climate conditions, thermal insulation composite boards can be added to the north wall in colder areas. Additionally, sliding windows can be installed to enhance ventilation within the greenhouse, ensuring a conducive environment for plant growth.

 

The sunlight panel has the following characteristics:

(1)Light transmittance: The maximum light transmittance of PC sunlight board can reach 89%, which is comparable to that of glass. The UV coating board will not produce yellowing, poor light transmission when exposed to sunlight.

(2) Impact resistance: the impact strength is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass.

(3) Anti-ultraviolet: One side of the PC board has an anti-ultraviolet coating, and the other side has an anti-condensation treatment, which integrates the functions of anti-ultraviolet, heat insulation and anti-fog.

(4) Light weight: the specific gravity is only half of that of glass.

(5) Energy-saving: Keep cool in summer and keep warm in winter. The thermal conductivity of PC sunshine board is lower than that of ordinary glass and other plastics, so that the heat loss is greatly reduced. It is used in buildings with heating equipment and is an environmentally friendly material.

(6) Temperature adaptability: PC board does not have cold brittleness at -40 ºC, does not soften at 125 ºC, and has no obvious change in mechanical properties in harsh environment.

(7) Anti-condensation: When the outdoor temperature is 0 ºC, the indoor temperature is 23 ºC, and the indoor relative humidity is lower than 80%, the inner surface of the material will not condense. The dew will flow along the surface of the board and will not drip.
